Step 1: Inquiry And Consultation
- Customer Inquiry (OEM): Please tell us your product requirements, including size, material, design and quantity.
- Consultation(ODM):We have a specialized marketing team, if you want to develop a new product or compete with your competitors, we will give comprehensive advice on product styling, material selection, packaging design, logistics options, market trends and volumes, competitor dynamics, promotional advice, marketing keyword layout, and more!
Step 2: Make Sample And Test
- Sample Make: We will make quality samples based on your ideas, requests, etc. and send them to you for the first step of quality and design inspection.
- Sample Time: Sample production time is 7 days, if it is special material may need a little longer. Sample logistics time is generally 5-8 days
Step 3: Negotiation And Comfirm Order
- Order Comfirm: After the confirmation of the sample, we will communicate with you on the details of the order, including the confirmation of the final material of the product, Bulk order price, packaging, payment terms, production and delivery cycle, etc. and formally sign the order to ensure that the rights and responsibilities between the two parties are clear, in order to ensure that the subsequent production and delivery process is carried out smoothly.
Step 4: Deposite And Material Purchases
- Material Selection: After receiving the deposit. We will Choose from our range of high quality materials, including various grades of fabrics and padding.
- Sourcing: we source the best materials based on your choices to ensure quality and sustainability.
Step 5: Custom Branding And Packaging
- Branded Packaging Customization:We will order logo labels, packaging or color boxes, promotional paper, etc. according to your confirmed design.
Step 6: Production & QC
- Manufacturing: Once the materials are in place, we begin full production in accordance with the order lead time. And if pre-production samples are required, we will send you for final confirmation.
- Production Process: During the production process, we will regularly feedback to our customers on the progress of the product.
- Quality Control: Our quality control team monitors every stage of production to ensure the highest standards.
Step 7: Inspection And Shipping
- Inspection: When the order is about to be completed, we will inform the customer in advance, and according to the customer’s request to cooperate with whether to carry out three-party inspection.
- Shipping: After production and inspection of the goods, we will according to the customer’s request to Timely and secure shipment, and if DOOR-TO-DOOR mode, we will select the appropriate logistics for fast shipment.
